Venue hire includes exclusive use of the steading along with:
Heating and lighting throughout the venue
Access to outdoor space and courtyard
PA system and cordless microphone throughout the venue
On the day events manager
These essentials are in place to ensure your ceremony, speeches and evening celebration run smoothly.

Alongside venue hire, we offer a range of in-house services and additions to make planning feel easier and far less overwhelming.
In-house Catering
Our catering team works with you to design a menu that suits your day. From formal dining to relaxed sharing options, everything is managed on site for consistency and ease.
In-house Bar
Our fully stocked bar is operated by our team. In addition to the main bar, we offer feature wooden bars and our popular prosecco tuk tuk, which can be positioned in the courtyard or indoors.
Tables and Chairs
A variety of table layouts are available, including round tables, trestle tables and square configurations. Chair styles include wooden folding chairs, cross-back chairs with optional cushions and limewash chavari.
Having these on-site reduces the need for external hire.
Lounge Furniture
Sofas and soft seating can be added to create relaxed areas for drinks receptions or quieter moments during your event.
Glassware, crockery and cutlery
Glassware, crockery and cutlery are included within our catering and bar packages, so there is no need to source them separately.
Transport Options
We offer a small fleet of transport options for your day, including:
An 8-seater luxury shuttle bus
A split-screen 1966 converted campervan
A Range Rover Autobiography
These can be used for guest transfers or wedding transport.
